It is uncommon to see a Bootable USB flash drive created by a media creation tool that does not boot especially when Windows 11 boots with the same flashdrive.

I suggest you tried to borrow or find another available flash drive or try the Rufus method in the link in my first response. In reply to John DeV’s post on December 5, I have the issue sorted, hardware related.
